LuxeLife Home Concierge Services LLC is a home concierge service that helps clients manage and care for their homes. The Service is intended for users in the United States.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information that you provide directly when you create an account and use the Service:

Account information: your username and password. Authentication is handled by a third-party authentication provider, which stores your password in hashed form using industry-standard hashing. We never store or have access to your password in plain text.

Contact information: your email address.

Physical address: your mailing or billing address.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”). When you make a payment, your card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — we do not receive or store your full payment card number. We may receive limited information from Stripe such as a payment confirmation, the last four digits of your card, card brand, and billing details, in order to manage your account and orders.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Service, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and how you interact with the Service (for example, pages visited and actions taken). We use analytics services to help us understand how the Service is used and to improve it. These services may collect information through cookies and similar technologies.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used, including through analytics. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the Service may not function properly without them.

Service providers: with third parties who perform services on our behalf, such as Stripe (payment processing), as well as authentication providers, hosting providers, and email delivery providers. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their services.

Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We will delete or anonymize your information when it is no longer needed, unless we are required to retain it to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), password hashing through our authentication provider, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on the state you live in, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you;
• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate data;
• Deletion — request that we delete your data;
• Opt out — opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (note: we do not sell your personal information).

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
