The details behind a managed project.
No. The Vendor Liaison is project-based, not a membership. You pay a flat fee for a defined scope and duration, with no recurring commitment.
If you also hold a LuxeLife membership, on-site coordination can be added to your plan, but the projects themselves stand on their own.
Either. We keep a vetted network of licensed trades we trust, and we are glad to bring them in. If you have a vendor you prefer, we will vet them and fold them into the same supervised process.
Your Vendor Liaison. They run the walk-throughs, supervise the trades through the build, and stand between you and the contractors so you never have to manage the work yourself.
We will scope it with you directly. Large Projects covers most additions and full remodels, but for anything bigger we build a custom plan with the same sourcing, vetting, and on-site supervision.
Our coordination and supervision: sourcing and vetting vendors, building the budget and timeline, on-site walk-throughs and supervision, and the close-out report. The contractors' own costs for materials and labor are quoted and paid separately, so you always see exactly where the money goes.
