Official Giveaway Rules

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by LuxeLife Home Concierge Services LLC, 403 North Charles Street, Suite 100C, Baltimore, MD 21201 (“Sponsor” or “LuxeLife”).

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on October 13, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM ET and continues until the close date that Sponsor announces on this page (the “Entry Period”). Entries will close at 11:59:59 PM ET on the announced close date. Sponsor's system clock is the official timekeeper for this Giveaway.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Clarksville, Maryland who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Eligibility is self-attested by the entrant at the time of entry by providing a Clarksville, MD address; Sponsor reserves the right to request reasonable proof of residency prior to prize award.

Employees, contractors, and independent representatives of LuxeLife Home Concierge Services LLC, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and household members, are not eligible to enter or win.

This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, visit https://app.luxelifehomeconcierge.com/giveaway-form and complete the entry form with a valid email address and the required information. No purchase, payment, or engagement with any LuxeLife service is required to enter or win.

• Limit one (1) base entry per person and per email address, plus the bonus entry described below for the duration of the Entry Period.
• Bonus Entry: Entrants may receive one (1) additional entry by following LuxeLife's official social media accounts on Instagram and Facebook and providing their social media handles at the time of registration. Sponsor will use the handles solely to confirm the follows; bonus entries not verified as following both accounts will be void. Total maximum entries per person, including any bonus entry, is two (2).
• Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means, or entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or that violate these Official Rules, are void.
• Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, or not received for any reason, including technical or human error.

5. Prizes

Ten (10) total individual winners will be selected, across two prize pools:

• Home Wellness Check Pool: five (5) winners will each receive one (1) Home Wellness Check visit (approximate retail value: $450 each).
• Elite Home Technician Pool: five (5) winners will each receive one (1) Elite Home Technician service visit (approximate retail value: $240 each).

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes awarded under this Giveaway: $3,450. Actual value may vary based on scope of service requested at the time of scheduling. Each winner may receive only one (1) prize under this Giveaway. A participant who is selected as a winner in one prize pool is not eligible to also win in the other prize pool, and no single person or household may receive both a Home Wellness Check visit and an Elite Home Technician service visit through this Giveaway. If an entrant is randomly selected as a winner in both pools, Sponsor will award only the prize corresponding to the pool in which the entrant was first drawn, and an alternate winner will be selected for the other pool in accordance with Section 6.

Each Prize must be redeemed within thirty (30) days of the applicable winner notification date and is subject to Sponsor's normal scheduling availability and standard service area. Prizes not redeemed within this period are forfeited and will not be reissued, rescheduled, or replaced with a cash or credit equivalent. No cash alternative will be offered. If a stated Prize becomes unavailable, no replacement prize will be provided. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period: five (5) winners will be drawn for the Home Wellness Check Pool and five (5) winners will be drawn for the Elite Home Technician Pool. The drawings will be conducted within ten (10) business days of the close of the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received in the applicable pool.

Each potential winner will be notified by email using the address provided at entry and will be required to respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim their Prize. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the required time, or is found to be ineligible, that winner will forfeit the Prize and Sponsor may, at its discretion, select an alternate winner from the applicable pool or not award that Prize.

7. Publicity

Acceptance of a Prize does not require any winner to consent to the use of their name, likeness, or testimonial for advertising or promotional purposes. Sponsor may separately ask winners for optional, voluntary consent (for example, a testimonial or a before and after feature); each winner is free to decline without affecting their receipt of the Prize.

8. Taxes

Each winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of their Prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to any winner if required by applicable law.

9. Use of Personal Information

Information collected through entry will be used by Sponsor to administer the Giveaway, confirm eligibility and bonus entries, notify winners, and, if the entrant has separately opted in, to send LuxeLife marketing communications. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. The entry form collects:

• Name, email address, and phone number.
• Home address, including ZIP code, used to confirm eligibility.
• Home type, the services you are interested in, how you heard about LuxeLife, and your age range.
• Your Instagram handle and Facebook name, only if you choose to provide them for the bonus entry.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway, or these Official Rules, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its owners, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform used to promote it.

11. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes arising from this Giveaway will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
